But, as you well know, Tolkien's work doesn't end with the “Lord”: it exists also what was defined “the best fairy tale” of XX century: The Hobbit. We know that the copy-rights to produce it have been already bought and that the locations in New Zeland could be soon ready…now all depends on you.
